Delivery Information

Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out through the following methods:

Through courier service by the courier company “Speedy” – within 2 working days or according to the delivery schedule of the courier company for the respective location in Bulgaria.

Delivery is made to the customer’s address or to a “Speedy” courier office within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The delivery costs are covered by the Merchant when the order on the website is over EUR 10.23 / BGN 20.00.

The minimum order value on the website is EUR 10.23 / BGN 20.00.

If the Customer wishes to place an order under EUR 10.23 / BGN 20.00, then the delivery cost is at their expense and they must contact us to assist with processing the order.

Before sending the ordered goods, the Merchant has the right to contact the Customer at the provided phone number in order to clarify order details, confirm it, or confirm the delivery.

The Merchant is not responsible for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the Customer has provided incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when an incomplete, incorrect or fictitious address or an outdated phone number has been provided.

In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery time, informing the Customer in due time.

The Merchant processes orders received by 16:00 on the same working day. All orders received in the system after 16:00 are processed by the Merchant on the next working day. Delivery is usually carried out within the usual time according to the selected delivery method.

The ordered goods are delivered against signature.

The Customer is obliged to check the goods after delivery and to notify immediately in case of discrepancies, missing items or damages. If the Customer does not do this, it is considered that the delivery is accepted without objections.

The Merchant reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their conditions at any time by publishing the available methods on the website without further notice.

Cash on delivery with receipt!

You can pay the courier of “Speedy” in cash or by bank card!

We use the service of the licensed courier company “Speedy” which performs cash on delivery payments with a receipt. In this regard, to the document or invoice issued by us accompanying the goods, we do not attach a cash receipt from a fiscal device. The collected amounts from the courier company are transferred to our company’s bank account.

For the payment made by the customer, the courier company issues a receipt for the amount due.

The customer must attach the receipt issued by the courier company to the document (invoice) issued by us in order to account for it.

Please, when receiving the goods KEEP THE RECEIPT from the courier company!
