Registration and Identification
The Merchant identifies Users on the site through the storage of log files on the Site's server.
The Merchant has the right to collect and use information about Users on the basis of and for the purposes of fulfilling the contract concluded with the User under the general terms and conditions. The information by which a person can be identified may include personal data specified in the general terms and conditions, as well as any other information the person voluntarily provides during registration. The information also includes anything the User enters, uses, or provides when using the services.
Only persons over the age of 16 may register on the site.
The Merchant exercises due care and is responsible for protecting information about the User that becomes known to them through registration, except in cases of force majeure, accidental events, or malicious actions by third parties.
In the registration form completed by the User during registration, the Merchant indicates whether the provision of data is mandatory or voluntary, and the consequences of refusing to provide it.
The Merchant may disclose personal data to third parties only in cases and under circumstances provided for by law, or with the explicit consent of the Users.
The User may register by completing the relevant electronic registration form, available in real time (online) on the Merchant's website, and by expressing agreement with the General Terms and Conditions.
By clicking the virtual button labeled "Register" or similar text — which carries the force of a written confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions — the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Law on Electronic Documents and Electronic Signatures, declaring that they are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, accept them, and undertake to comply with them. The Merchant may store in log files on its server the User's IP address and any other information necessary to identify them and reproduce their electronic statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of the General Terms and Conditions is available on the Merchant's website in a manner that allows it to be saved and reproduced.
When completing the registration application, the User is obligated to provide complete and accurate information regarding their identity (for natural persons), legal status (for legal entities), and any other data required by the Merchant's electronic form, and to update this information within 7 (seven) days of any change. The User declares that they consent to providing the required personal data, guaranteeing that the data provided during registration is true, complete, and accurate, and that they will promptly update it in the event of any changes. In the event of false information being provided, the Merchant has the right to immediately and without notice terminate or suspend the provision of services and the maintenance of the User's registration.
Upon registration, the User receives a unique username — which is the email address provided by the User — and a password for accessing the services available through the website.
The User may manage their user profile on the site through their account.
The username with which the User registers does not grant any rights other than those explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.
A person registering as a representative of a legal entity is obligated to enter their full name and address, as well as the name of the legal entity they represent.
The User is obligated to take all reasonable care and necessary measures to protect their password, not to disclose it to third parties, and to immediately notify the Merchant in the event of unauthorized access or any suspicion or likelihood thereof. The User bears full responsibility and risk for safeguarding their password, as well as for all actions carried out by themselves or by a third party using their password.
