Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ — a single point of access allowing consumers and traders in the EU to resolve disputes between them.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders is a voluntary out-of-court conciliation procedure.
General conciliation commissions assist in reaching an agreement between consumers and traders in disputes concerning contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services.
General conciliation commissions are established on a regional basis. The competent body for resolving disputes between the Merchant and the Consumer is the General Conciliation Commission with its seat in Sofia, with jurisdiction over the territory of Sofia Province.
The consolidated list of recognized ADR bodies of the European Union Member States can be found at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.adr.show
